Kevin Gates Park
A charming park in Burleigh Heads overlooking the beautiful Tallebudgera Creek. It's a favourite spot among locals and tends to be quite busy on weekends.
The barbecue area is great for those who wish to have a picnic, with tables and shelter available. The trees also provide ample shade to lay out a picnic rug.
Step down to the sandy section of the park where you can swim, paddle board, or kayak in Tallebudgera Creek.
The public boat ramp is towards the western end of the park.
There are no toilet facilities available.
Car parking can be found along Awoonga Avenue.
Dog exercise areas
Dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise stated and are totally prohibited in all children's playground areas.
City of Gold Coast has numerous areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
