Len Fox Park

This quiet family park in Labrador overlooks the beautiful Broadwater.

It’s ideal park for fishing or launching the boat, with the Loders Creek public boat ramp located at the southern end, and a fish cleaning station nearby.

Also featuring a very large picnic area with barbecues, shelter, tables, the park offers plenty of space for large gatherings. It’s also surrounded with stone seating.

There are 2 playgrounds the kids can choose from. The smaller playground on the southern end includes swings and a slide. The larger playground further north is fully covered by shade sail and includes monkey bars, flying fox, a slide and swings.

The wide pathway alongside the beach acts as a great walking/running or bike riding track. There are even a couple of fitness stations to stop at to boost your work out.

The Labrador foreshore is for everyone to enjoy including dogs, as it’s an off-leash exercise area. There are also outdoor showers available.

On-street parking is available all along Marine Parade. An onsite car park for vehicles with trailers is on the corner of Wilson Street and Marine Parade, at the boat ramp.

Two toilet facilities are available at the northern and southern ends of the park.

Dog exercise areas

The foreshore at Len Fox Park is a designated off leash dog exercise area for dogs to socialise, play and swim under effective control.

Dogs must always be on leash unless in a signed designated off leash area. Dogs are prohibited in all children's playground areas. Tough penalties apply.

City of Gold Coast has numerous areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
