Murlong Park

Located in Palm beach, this creek-side park is a piece of Gold Coast paradise. With its picturesque views of the hinterland and Burleigh Heads National Park.

It’s perfect spot for flat water recreational activities such as stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking. It also has a swimming enclosure where children can play in the sand or go for a swim in a netted enclosure.

The park also offers barbecues, picnic tables, drinking fountains, outdoor showers as well as a small kids playground. The playground features a swing set and a climbing structure with slide.

Public toilets are located at the Eastern end of the park, near the Tally boat ramp.

Free car parking available along Murlong Crescent.

Dog prohibited area

Dogs must always be on leash unless in a signed designated off leash area. Tough penalties apply.

Make sure you read and understand the rules about where you can take your dog.

Dogs are prohibited around the Tallebudgera Creek swimming area and in all children's playground areas. Dog prohibited signage is in place.

City of Gold Coast has numerous areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
