Reg Chesters Park

Reg Chesters Park

A quiet space located along North Burleigh Beach, between Rotary Park (Burleigh) and Ed Hardy Park (from Fourth Avenue to Sixth Avenue).

The park is surrounded by lush green grass and plenty of trees, providing ample shade for relaxation and play. It features a large, sheltered picnic area with barbecue and hot water facilities.

The playground is fully fenced and sand-based, with a rubber soft-fall path. The equipment includes a five-person swing set, spring rockers, and a play structure with climbing nets. The playground also features beach-themed structures such as a mini dune buggy, giant thongs, giant sunglasses, and colourful surfboards.

The park provides beach access to the patrolled surf and swimming area at North Burleigh Beach (opposite Fourth Avenue). Outdoor shower facilities are conveniently placed along the Oceanway to rinse off after a swim or surf.

On-street parking bays are available along The Esplanade.

Toilet facilities with disabled access are located opposite Fourth Avenue.
