This park is a well-used dog off leash area that follows Currumbin Creek all the way around to the surf. On one side of the park is Palm Beach and the other side is Tarrabora Lagoon. Perfect for dogs that either love catching a wave or enjoying a good old-fashioned dog paddle.
It's not only for dogs, you can also take a dip in the patrolled swimming area at the beach. Palm Beach is patrolled from November to April.
It's a great spot for a walk and some exercise on the free outdoor gym equipment.
The adjacent park is Palm Beach Parklands. This park has plenty of picnic facilities, carparking, public toilets, a café, and a fantastic kid's playground.
Dogs can exercise off-leash, under effective control in this park and on the sand. Walk through this park to Palm Beach dog beach where dogs are also allowed off-leash.
Please note the adjacent parks, Palm Beach Parklands and Tarrabora Reserve, have dog prohibited areas with signage in place.
Dogs are also prohibited in children's playground areas and within 200 metres of flagged bathing areas.
City of Gold Coast has numerous areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
