Tallebudgera Creek Conservation Park

Tallebudgera Creek Conservation Park

Take a 1.6-kilometre return nature walk alongside Tallebudgera Creek and through mangroves. On your walk you may encounter koalas and a range of native birds and crabs hiding amongst the mangroves.

Suitable for moderate fitness levels, the walk includes bitumen, a 250-metre boardwalk over the water, a mix of flat and uneven level tracks and some stairs.

Access this walk from the David Fleay Wildlife Park car park or from Ocean Parade (please be aware there is limited parking along this access).

It is suitable for children and you can take a pram in the Loman Lane end, however before reaching Ocean Parade you will encounter stairs and will need to turn around.

To download a map of the Tallebudgera Creek walking tracks and view park alerts, visit the Queensland Department of Environment and Science (Parks and forests) website.

The nature trail in Tallebudgera Conservation Park adjoins the City's trails in Burleigh Ridge Park.

Note from the map that domestic animals and cyclists are not allowed.
