Tallowwood Park is a large parkland beside a beautiful lake with sheltered picnic areas, a fenced children’s playground, a small bike/scooter track and two tennis courts. The lake is popular with walkers, and a Park Run is held here.
The children’s playground has the popular ninja or parkour style equipment, as well as traditional equipment suited to younger children.
This park has an area where dogs may be exercised off leash, under effective control.
Dogs must always be on leash unless in a signed designated off leash area. Dogs are prohibited in children's playground areas. Tough penalties apply.
