Wallace Nicoll Park

This park overlooks the famous Currumbin Alley surf beach, which is lifeguard patrolled between November and April.

A great little park for a picnic with sheltered picnic areas and a barbeque with hot water facilities.

Kids will enjoy the sand-based playground. It includes a spring rockers, swing set and climbing structure with slide.

Most of the park is a nature conservation area. This area forms a large hill and is covered in bushland. Climb the stairs to the top of the hill where you'll find the Alf and Kathleen Neumann lookout. See scenic views of Currumbin Alley, Palm Beach coastline and a glimpse of the buildings in Surfers Paradise.

There are 2 public toilet blocks on either end of the park.

Carparking is available opposite the park, off Duringan Street.

Dog exercise areas

Dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise stated and are prohibited in all children's playground areas.

City of Gold Coast has numerous areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.

Accessibility

Disability accessible toilets are available at both public toilet blocks, with connected pathways leading to park facilities. Disabled accessible car parking is available along Pacific Parade, or in the carpark across the road.
