This venue has been beautifully maintained and renovated to provide large, accessible spaces for the community to run activities from. With two meeting rooms and two large halls, customers can hold meetings, events or regular classes from all of the four hireable spaces.

This centre is managed by City of Gold Coast. The City is responsible for taking bookings.

- South Main hall – 200 people (theatre style)
- South Meeting room – 50 people (shared kitchen facilities with hall)

The South Hall and South Meeting room have access to a shared commercial kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, hot water urn and dishwasher.
