Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) update
Gold Coast parks are open, with patrons required to observe appropriate social distancing at all times.
Community sport and recreation clubs can continue activity, as long as they meet the Queensland Government COVID-19 restrictions. This includes the completion of all the requirements documented in any associated Industry COVID Safe Plan before activity begins. Visit Queensland Government – Return to Play for details.

Not only can you go for a walk or jog along our wonderful oceanways, there are also many fun, stimulating and challenging fitness circuits in our parks.
Facilities are free and are a great way to improve your fitness level and general coordination. Equipment varies in different parks and can include cross trainer, stepper, ab-hip swinger, ezy rider, shoulder press, rowing machine, cycle seat, butterfly press, push up and sit up boards.
