Summer of fun fitness

One of the best summertime fitness tips is to get outside and to find new ways to be active. Think saltwater swimming, twilight tennis games, biking and hiking adventures, beach walks, sunrise yoga and even park based fitness workouts with your mates. Anywhere you can savour sunshine, warmth, and bask in the outdoors is a great place to start.

The Summer of fun Fitness Program highlights a range of popular Active & Healthy activities that will continue over the summer months.
