In-home library service

Gold Coast Libraries offer an in-home library service for residents unable to leave their homes due to illness or disability.

Assistance with mowing (nature strips fronting residential properties)

Residents who have difficulty maintaining their nature strip may be eligible for assistance with mowing.

Home maintenance and modification

Home Assist Secure

The Queensland Government administers the Home Assist Secure program to assist people to remain in their own homes. The program provides eligible Queenslanders with information about health, safety and security, and assistance with minor home repairs and modifications. Visit the website or phone 07 5531 3502.

Home Maintenance and Modification program

The St Vincent de Paul Society provides a home maintenance and modification program for people who are frail, aged or have a disability.
