- striving for 51 per cent native vegetation cover
- maintaining 13,000 hectares of City-owned natural areas
- managing revegetation, weed control and bushfire
- undertaking koala conservation, private land partnerships and community volunteer programs
- taking part in land protection and collaborative research.
