Connect at home

1. Download and open the Libby, by Overdrive app.
2. Select 'Yes' when prompted if you have a library card.
3. Select 'Search for a Library'.
4. Search for and select 'Gold Coast Libraries'.
5. Select 'Sign In With My Card'.
6. Enter your membership number and password.
7. Browse or search for a title using the magnifying glass. You can filter your results by selecting the icon with three lines and choosing your preferences
8. Select 'Borrow' and then 'Borrow' again when you find a title.
9. Once the title has downloaded, select 'Open Book' to read now or 'Keep Browsing' to return to your search.
10. You can view all borrowed items through the ‘Shelf’ tab on the main screen’s bottom toolbar. The ‘Shelf’ tab’s icon is two stacked books. Your loans will automatically return at the end of the loan period.

4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5. Search for specific titles using the magnifying glass icon or browse using the 'eBooks' icon
6. Select your book of choice then select 'Borrow' and 'Confirm Loan'.
7. Select 'Read Now' to begin your book. Your loan will automatically return at the end of the loan period.

2. Select 'Sign In' and then select 'Libraries & Groups'.
3. Search for and select 'Gold Coast Libraries'.
4. Enter your membership number and password, then select 'Sign in'.
5. Complete the fields to create your PressReader account.
6. Browse or search for a magazine or newspaper.
7. Select your item of choice, then select 'Read'.
8. You can view all downloaded titles through the 'Downloaded' tab on the toolbar.

5. Stream unlimited music or download 5 songs to keep each month.

2. Select ‘Get Started’.
3. Select ‘Find Library’.
4. Allow the app to find you by location OR search for and select ‘City of Gold Coast Libraries’.
5. Enter your membership number and password.
6. Fill in your details and select ‘Sign Up’ to finish creating your Kanopy account.
7. You can now browse and watch movies, series, and more.
8. You can use up to 10 credits per month, or stream unlimited content using Kanopy Kids.

1. Enter your membership number and password on the Storybox Hub website
2. Browse books or search for a specific title, author, or illustrator.
3. Select a story, press play, and enjoy!

3. Enter your membership number and select 'Sign In'.
4. Select a language to browse titles in that language.
5. Select a title, then select a language from the popup box.
6. Select the play icon to begin.

2. Select ‘Sign in’.
3. Select ‘Sign in with your library card’.
