Public holiday closure
All Gold Coast Libraries will be closed Monday 27 January for the Australia Day public holiday.
Robina Library and Southport Library will remain open on Sunday 26 January.
Burleigh Waters Library will be closed from Saturday 25 January to Monday 27 January.
All libraries will reopen on Tuesday 28 January.

You can now download our new library app to explore and borrow from nearly a million items across our entire collection – books, eBooks, audiobooks, movies, music, magazines, and more.
Use the app to find your nearest library or self-serve kiosk, check opening hours, manage holds, renew loans and store your digital library card. Download today on Apple or Android.
Password update required
From Friday 25 October all Gold Coast Library members will need to change their 4-digit PIN to an alphanumeric password to access their library account and online resources.
Updating your password is quick and easy — just follow one of the below options:
- Visit our new library catalogue, click Log In and then Forgot my password to start the password reset process.
- If you would like assistance with changing your password, our team are happy to help. Just visit your local library or call our Customer Care team at 07 5667 5940 available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
