Log in to your account at the top right hand corner of any page, including the library catalogue. Our catalogue help pages provide guidance on all aspects of using your online library account. This includes logging in, searching for items, placing holds, creating lists, downloading eBooks, changing my password or details, and accessibility.

Please contact us if your account is blocked and we will work with you to fix the issue.

Changing your details

You can change your password or contact details at any time by logging in to your account, or ask at your nearest library.

Lost your library card?

If you have a physical library card and lose it or it's stolen, tell your nearest library as soon as possible. Replacement cards are available from all libraries with confirmation of identity.

Physical cards are no longer required when using the library. You can use the Gold Coast Libraries app to store your membership number and digital library card.
