Book Box Library

Borrow Box Feature
Join us for Storytime at Book Box Library every Wednesday at 10 am through the school term. Bookings are essential.

Book Box is Gold Coast Libraries' early years lending library and play-based learning space, based at the Ormeau Community Centre. It offers fun for your little one, and a great opportunity to support your child's language development and curiosity for learning.

Reading, playing and talking to your child every day from birth helps your child's brain develop. It's a good way to spend time together and it helps to build strong foundations for future language and learning skills.

Book Box opened in 2017 and is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government and the State Library of Queensland. For more information visit their First 5 Forever website.

Book Box is located at the Ormeau Centre, 3 Cuthbert Drive, Ormeau, at the corner of Pascoe Road and adjacent to Norfolk Village Shopping Centre.

The Ormeau Centre has free off-street parking, including accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities.
