Broadbeach Library is located on Sunshine Boulevard in Mermaid Waters, opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The library offers contemporary spaces and a range of library services, resources and activities. You can also pay your rates here and enquire about other City services (8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday).
Broadbeach Library forms part of the Broadbeach Cultural Precinct, featuring a cultural centre, community space and library. It's one of the city's most environmentally-sustainable buildings, designed to reduce use of water, electricity and air conditioning.
Time-limited free parking is provided outside the library. This includes accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities. Parking is also available at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
