The library is the third oldest in the city, opened by Gold Coast Council Mayor Ern Harley in 1967. It was upgraded in 1979 and 1991. Above the library is the City's Fradgley Hall events space. Find out more about the history of our libraries on our Gold Coast Stories website.
Burleigh Heads Library is located on Park Avenue, opposite Burleigh Heads Bowls Club and next to the Alex Black Carpark.
The City's Alex Black Carpark offers paid parking directly outside the library. Accessible parking spaces are provided for people with disabilities. There is also street parking nearby.
