Runaway Bay Library is a busy community hub for Gold Coasters who live on the northern edge of the Broadwater, including Paradise Point and Hollywell.

Runaway Bay Library offers a range of library services, spaces and activities:

  • Become a library member for free, you can join online or at the library.
  • Access our collection of books, audiobooks, magazines, picture books and more. Or learn how to access our digital eLibrary.
  • Attend a Family Time session for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
  • Join a great range of programs and activities for all ages and interests.
  • Work or study at a desks with power access and free Wi-Fi. Make sure to bring headphones as libraries can get loud at times.

Venue information

Runaway Bay Library is on Lae Drive, near the intersection with Morala Avenue and opposite Runaway Bay Shopping Centre. It's part of a City of Gold Coast complex that includes Runaway Bay Community Centre and Runaway Bay Sports Precinct East.

Parking

The library has free off-street parking, including accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities.
