The Old Post Office Heritage Centre is a digital programming and STEAM activity space for City Libraries.

Adult technology classes are available and cover a variety of topics including computer basics, assistance with mobile technology and internet searching help.

For school-aged children, City Libraries hosts a range of STEAM based activities providing hands-on and minds-on experience through a range of events including robotics, coding, Lego, science and more.

A library collection is no longer available at The Old Post Office Heritage Centre. Customers wanting to borrow or return library items can visit the nearby Robina or Nerang Libraries. Alternatively the Mobile Library stops fortnightly on a Monday at the Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre, Apex Park Railway Street between 9am and noon.

A book exchange is located in the foyer of The Old Post Office Heritage Centre and is open weekdays. The book exchange is a free take a book, return a book community book swap. Residents are welcome to stop by and browse the book exchange, take a book or two and bring one to share with others.
