Completion: September 2019

Construction details

Benefits to the community

Works will be completed Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm. We are working to minimise disruptions. However, temporary traffic control measures will be in place to provide safe access for trucks and machinery.

Two beach access points will be closed temporarily but alternative access is available north of Queensland Avenue and at Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club.

These seawall works are part of our ongoing investment to maintain our beaches and supports our Ocean Beaches Strategy 2013 to 2023.
