Active & Healthy - Active ageing

We CAN all help improve our quality of life and increase longevity by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Classes offered in the program include staying stronger classes designed to improve stability, coordination and strength, growing stronger classes for those with mobility concerns and a range of dance and low impact activities.
