Regular physical activity is an important part of getting healthy and staying healthy for all of us. Encouraging kids and teens to be active when they’re young sets good habits for the future and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.
Activities include fun movement classes for preschool kids aged one to five years along with a range of sport, yoga and fitness activities perfect for kids aged six to 12 years.
