Yoga is an approach to life that values appropriate effort, based on balance and harmony, within each person and with each other. Perfect for all skill levels including beginners, these classes combine gentle stretching, traditional yoga poses and breath work to help you build strength and confidence. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, restored and renewed.
