The following nationally accredited Community Legal Centres provide quality free legal advice for the Gold Coast community.
My Community Legal Inc. (MCL) is an accredited Community Legal Centre and registered charity, assisting clients who cannot afford a lawyer, but who are not legally-aided.
Located at the Robina Community Centre, MCL volunteer lawyers (assisted by students) provide free legal advice in: family and domestic violence; consumer and debt; employment; tenancy; crime and traffic offences; micro business; and immigration law.

The Gold Coast Community Legal Centre & Advice Bureau Inc. (formerly known as the Citizen’s Advice Bureau) is a non-profit, community service organisation established and run by community-minded volunteers.
The Centre provides free legal advice, prototype and collaborative project work, community information and general referrals.
Located in Southport, the main office is open weekdays between 8.30am and 4pm. Legal advice is also provided at outreach clinics across the Gold Coast.
