How to arrange

To arrange a message simply fill out the enclosed form and drop it into any customer service centre.

You will need to produce supporting documentation such as birth certificates or marriage certificates. If these are not available, you can provide a statutory declaration instead.

Where appropriate, we will forward your request to the Premier, Prime Minister, Governor, Governor-General and Her Majesty the Queen, so you only have to apply once.

When to arrange the message

Arrangements for a message can be made up to three months before the occasion. If this year’s celebration has passed, you can still request a belated message up to three month afterwards.
