While we will always work quickly to restore your water service, we do recommend preparing for both planned and unexpected water outages. We recommend having approximately four litres of water per person per day set aside for drinking.
For planned water outages, you should receive a letter indicating the expected type of work and timing it will take.

In some instances, your water may become discoloured following a water interruption. This is potentially due to some air and debris entering the pipes.
