National Threatened Species Day highlights the past and how we can protect Queensland’s threatened plants and animals into the future. It also celebraties species success stories and ongoing threatened species recovery work.

You can help make a difference to your local environment and join the City's natural areas and vulnerable species team for a koala tree planting day. We will plant 2000 koala food and habitat trees to help the local koala population and other wildlife at Schuster Park.

Suitable for all ages.
