Get your hands sandy, learn about our precious dunes and have fun at the same time by joining Our Beaches Community!
Our Beaches Community sessions provide volunteers the opportunity to care for our dunes by planting native species, weeding and collecting litter. You’ll also learn about how we manage our beaches, as well as the plants and animals that call them home.
Due to the capacity of our planting sites, there are only a limited number of spaces per session so bookings are essential.
If you can’t make it this time but are interested in joining future events, please email beaches@goldcoast.qld.gov.au to be added to our mailing list.
