Penalty Infringement Notice (PIN) Review Policy

Council of the City of Gold Coast's local laws are aimed at protecting a range of environmental, social and health values in our city.

Penalty Infringement Notices (PINs) are issued by City officers for an act or omission against a local law or other legislation. This policy provides guidance to those who have received a PIN as to whether they have a valid reason to make a request to the City that this PIN be withdrawn.

The policy also defines the process and criteria under which requests for a review of Penalty Infringement Notices are considered.

Please read this policy before submitting a request for a PIN review.
