Pimpama – Rifle Range Road (The Heights Boulevard to Pimpama Sports Hub) shared path

Project information

Guided by the Gold Coast City Transport Strategy 2031 and our Active Transport Infrastructure Program, we are building a new shared path on Rifle Range Road to improve access and safety for pedestrians and cyclists.

Construction details

  • New shared path (290 metres long, three metres wide).
  • Additional street lighting and shade trees.
  • A pedestrian rest area with seating, water bubbler and dog water bowl.

Works are scheduled to take place between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If night works are required, residents and motorists will be advised ahead of works.

This project is funded by City of Gold Coast and the Queensland Government through the Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme (TIDS).
