Robina City Parklands project

Construction is due to commence later this year on a new 20 hectare park on Stadium Drive in Robina.

A parkland development of this scale has not been undertaken by the City in several years. Robina and surrounding suburbs do not currently have a premier parkland. This new park will provide a wonderful recreation asset to this area.

The new parklands will have a variety of facilities including:

  • a large adventure play area
  • ball sports area
  • a large community events and concert lawn
  • scooter and bike tracks
  • a dog off leash exercise area.

The park will also include a café and amenities building with a Changing Places facility offering accessible toilets and changing equipment. Ample car parking will be provided along with an extensive footpath network, park furniture, shade structures, shelters, barbecues, feature landscape areas and tree planting.

Check back here for future project updates.

The first stage of construction, which involved bulk earthworks, is now complete. Construction of the parklands and associated facilities will commence in the second half of 2021.
