Sale of land for overdue rates - Terms and conditions

In accordance with Chapter 4, Part 12 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the Council of the City of Gold Coast hereby gives notice that unless all overdue rates and associated charges are paid, together with any costs incurred in the sale procedures on the property, such property will be sold by public auction.
