Project details

At present, the precinct is only partially serviced with water and sewer services, and approximately 137 hectares of industrial land is without connection to the City’s sewerage network.

The Sandy Creek sewerage augmentation project will enable the connection of twenty-eight industrial zoned properties, supporting growth and investment in the area.

The project as a whole consists of the construction of:

  • two new deep sewer pump stations located adjacent to Christensen Road South and Greyhound Road

All infrastructure will connect to an existing pump station located on Burnside Road.
