Taoist Tai Chi is an effective form of holistic health training, helping to improve energy, health, posture, balance and coordination; and also to help reduce stress, joint paint and back pain. It is suitable for all ages, and adaptations can be made to match any level of ability.
New weekly classes of instruction in this art begin on the Gold Coast in February 2021:
- Coolangatta – QCWA Hall, 169 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 February 2021, 8am to 9am (Qld time)
- Mermaid Beach – Mermaid Beach Community Centre, 2439 Gold Coast Highway, on Saturday 6 February, 9am to 10am
- Runaway Bay – Runaway Bay Community Centre, Lae Drive, Runaway Bay, on Wednesday 10 February, 6pm to 7pm.
Taoist Tai Chi Society is a not-for-profit, volunteer society, where members receive instruction in the art. Classes are offered weekly, and members learn the form progressively over several months.
