

Kurrawa Terrace venue bookings
Kurrawa Terrace is the Gold Coast's first dedicated beachfront event site. This space is sure to impress, from a casual morning of group yoga followed by a healthy breakfast to an elaborate sit down function for 120 VIPs.
Located in Kurrawa Park, Broadbeach, Kurrawa Terrace is a level, hard stand area that comes with access to power and water along with programmable LED feature lighting options. The unique location enables boutique functions and events to expand directly onto the beach, providing a quintessential ‘toes in the sand’ experience or to the west onto Kurrawa Park. Surrounding the terrace is integrated seating and coastal shade trees.
Since its launch in 2016, Kurrawa Terrace has showcased Gold Coast’s stunning scenery, hosting a variety of events including the 2016 Australian Tourism Exchange, the world’s first pop-up Sand Hostel, Tesla Tiny House activation as well as the Commonwealth House with Gold Coast Media Centre for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Fees
The Kurrawa Terrace is a premium asset, designed to attract corporate events. The fee below is applicable per 100 guests. This fee (along with a $164 application fee) will be charged at the time of an event being approved.
- Application fee: $164
- Rate per 100 participants: $362.50
Please note: this fee includes access to the open, level, hard stand area, access to power, access to water and programmable LED feature lighting around the site. All other infrastructure required by you for your event or function, will need to be organised and paid for by you.
A refundable bond may also apply to your event. Bonds vary based on the size and nature of the event, the extent of infrastructure and the types of vehicles required on site.
