Click to enlargeThis secluded local park has a huge grassy lawn for the kids to run around and enjoy some kick and play fun. There are big shady trees, a cricket pitch, basketball hardstand area, kids playground and a seating/shelter area.
Access via Taperell Drive (adjacent to street number one).
A recreation trail traverses the park, and you can follow it north under the old Pacific motorway to Currumbin (and the beach) or south through Tugun Hill Conservation Area, under the M1 and into Hidden Valley Reserve which links to the Currumbin border track.
Note: Dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise stated and are prohibited in all children's playground areas.
