Provide feedback on the new site

We're keen to get your feedback on the new website. Use our short online form to tell us what you think, so we can understand what's important to you for future updates.

Why change?

The City of Gold Coast endorsed the Customer Experience Strategy in October 2019, with the vision of making life easier. Customers told us they wanted a new and easy to use website.

We’re introducing a new platform to deliver this and will gradually be transitioning the content on our current website. At the end of the project, we aim to deliver:

  • a new fresh, modern design
  • simplified content
  • easy search tools
  • personalised information
  • popular services easy to find
  • consistent experience.

When will changes happen?

We will gradually move content from our current site to the new site until all information and services are migrated.

During this time both the new and current sites will operate to make it easy to find what you’re looking for.

We welcome your feedback on the changes we are making.

Is the website optimised for mobile?

We understand most people are now accessing resources and information from mobile devices. Our new site is fully responsive, making it easy to use from modern mobile devices to tablets and desktops.

How does the website cater for alternative search terms?

Our new platform is specifically designed for local government with an in-built predictive thesaurus helping customers find what they need easily.
