Ninetieth (90th) birthday letters can be requested from:

- Premier of Queensland
- Mayor of the City of Gold Coast
One hundredth (100th), 105th, and 110th birthday letters can be requested from:
- His Majesty The King
- Governor-General of Australia
- Prime Minister of Australia
- Governor of Queensland
- Premier of Queensland
- Mayor of the City of Gold Coast
Anniversaries
Fiftieth (50th) anniversary letters can be requested from:
- Prime Minister of Australia
- Governor of Queensland
- Premier of Queensland
- Mayor of the City of Gold Coast
Sixtieth (60th), 65th, and 70th anniversary letters can be requested from:
- His Majesty The King
- Governor-General of Australia
- Prime Minister of Australia
- Governor of Queensland
- Premier of Queensland
- Mayor of the City of Gold Coast
Consideration may be given to requests for letters to mark other anniversaries or birthdays if there are special circumstances.
Arrangements for a message can be made up to three months before the occasion. If this year's celebration has passed, you can still request a belated message up to three months afterwards.

To arrange a message simply fill out and submit the form using one of the methods below.
Where appropriate, we will forward your request to the Premier, Prime Minister, Governor, Governor-General and His Majesty the King, so you only need to apply once.
